Refund Policy
Due to the personalization/customization of the items I create, I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds on items. If I have made a mistake on your order, please notify me within 3 DAYS of receiving the order so we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. I will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned. NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after 24 hours of placing the order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
